Who is Emma?

Emma came to diastasis as a patient. Having navigated the doubts, the assessments and the recovery herself, she turned that experience into a mission: to make the journey clearer and less lonely for other women. Today she is the reference point for anyone starting out — helping people understand their options and prepare for a consultation with the surgeon.
