Who is Emma?
Emma came to diastasis as a patient. Having navigated the doubts, the assessments and the recovery herself, she turned that experience into a mission: to make the journey clearer and less lonely for other women. Today she is the reference point for anyone starting out — helping people understand their options and prepare for a consultation with the surgeon.

Emma founded and moderates Diastasi Mamme, an Italian-language community where women share experiences, ask questions and support one another through pregnancy, postpartum recovery and, when needed, surgery.
